What to Expect
Our Certified Service technicians are trained by GM to know every inch of your GM vehicle. We understand your vehicle and all its technical systems. We’re proud to offer genuine GM parts. Also we are the only dealership in Genesee County with a Blackhawk Pro 360 Frame & Unibody Realignment Machine, which is used in the repair of full frame and unibody vehicle, putting it back within manufacturer specifications; a Shark Electronic Measuring System, used in the diagnosis before repairs, this machine shows all damages including the hidden ones; Shark system used to control pulling operations in the repair process; the Blowtherm Downdraft Spray Booth, which is a controlled environment used for the baked on refinish; and finally we have the Blowtherm Heated Prep Station, used for a controlled environment for the prep process for refinishing the vehicle, it also includes a separate paint mixing room for a stable environment. We know you want to feel as good about your vehicle today as you did the day you bought it. And our Certified Service technicians have the skills and finesse you need to restore your vehicle so it will look and feel like new.
We’ll create a written estimate of what’s recommended to complete the repair, and we will offer Genuine GM Parts. In addition, if there is other service work that is required to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition, we have Certified Service technicians on hand. We will review this estimate with you and address any questions you may have.
